(on the right)

Lukewarm and velvety,
deceives me of calm
while overwhelms me
with sharp splinters of my past
and leaves me sleepless.

(on the left) Something ferocious, hidden in my soul, I don’t wanna admit or face. Something that now devours me instead of protecting me.

Deep, deep, deeper, a liquid black, too dark to see through. The tide reverberates with your breath and I’m scared of water.

Fragile and faded, worn out by all the times I have tried to recall it. This much, that is no longer true.
